Audit Log - Phase 2 - Project Onboarding

Audit log helps with auditability for submission, approval, and modifications of all documents in Gate Three.

The second phase of the Project Profile audit log will now record the following events:

  • Project Modifications and document changes

  • Adjusting "Phase" field in Edit Project Page

  • When a document moves from draft to active (submit button)

  • Updated Suspension status or details

 

Modifications are grouped by month and changes are auto-refreshed every 30 seconds.
