Several enhancements were released to production:

Project Dashboards

New Project Dashboards are now available within the Project Intelligence module of Gate Three. Each user’s Dashboard view will be automatically customized to show data that they have access to. If you have access to more modules more dashboards will be available to you. This allows for each user to have a view of the most useful information for their role within the project.

Access Role Management (ARM)

Granting Internal Site Accountant and Superintendent Role

The Project Manager of record (Project Settings Admin) now has the ability to grant new EllisDon employees,  Superintendent and Site Accountant role  access through the ARM - Access Role Management Project Settings level.

ARM Permission Matrix

Note: Granting these two roles through the ARM Project Settings gives the users limited access. In order to grant the user full Superintendent access with Time Cards or full Site Accountant access to Invoices/POs, the new employee is required to complete formal Gate Three training.
