As you enter the Review Process for Submissions, the Submissions Review Stages populate in the Item Details section of the Submissions Document, as well as the Submissions View. This table records the Review Comments & Attachments throughout the Submission Review Workflow life cycle. Depending on the Submissions Workflow Configuration,

Review a Submission

1. Ensure you are logged into a project.
2. Navigate to the Submissions Module and Open the Submission Under Review.
   OR Open the Activity Assigned to you. 
3. Click the Review button OR the Review & Attach link in the Review Stages table.

4. Select one of the Approve or Revert Option(s).
5. Enter any comments and attachments pertaining to this Workflow Stage.
6. Click on one of the following options:

• • Approve and Create Transmittal: This button pushes the document to the next Workflow Stage AND creates a Transmittal in the Communications Module where recipients can be chosen.
  • OK:  This button pushes the document to the next Workflow Stage. Notifications depends on the Workflow Configuration.

  • Cancel: Cancels the Review you are about to perform.

7. Complete the Transmittal: (If applicable)
The Associated Documents section in the Transmittal will attach all attachments in the transmittal unless otherwise specified.

8. The document is now in Stage 2. (In this Example: Contractor Review)
Follow the steps outlined above to complete all of the workflow stages.
