Generate a New Report

Reports can be Generated in Gate Three based on the Deployed Report Templates.
The Reports may be generated and viewed by an authorized user with the proper Access Control Level (ACL).

Prerequisites:

Generate a New Report

  1. Navigate to the Reporting Module. (Ensure you are logged in to a Project.)
  2. Click on the View drop down menu button and select My Project Reports.

  3. Click on the Report Type to see the list of reports within that type.
  4. Click Create Report.


5. Click Edit to modify report details and/or add comments and attachments.

    • Parameters: If the Report has parameters, you may configure them now in order to Customize the output of the Report. Hover over the "?" to give you hints.

6. Save as Draft to Preview the Report to ensure all of the information is correct.

Clicking Open Initial Report downloads a blank version of the report.

7. Click Submit to complete the report, and save the Report based on the Date Submitted. No Changes can be made after the Report is submitted.
