This page outlines the status of the Gate Three application as information becomes available.
The following four functions has been released for Gatekeepers
Company and Contacts
There are several updates in the Company and Contacts module:
Payment Method for FER enabled contacts.
FER enabled Internal contacts now displays Direct Deposit as the default payment method. Gatekeepers can now select between Cheque and Direct deposit as the payment method.
Selecting address for internal contacts to be printed on the Cheque
There is now a visual preview available on how an address will be displayed and printed on a cheque. You have the option to select from home or office.
FER: If this setting is enabled, you will have the option to select payment method.
Payment Method: Cheque or Direct Deposit. Selecting cheque will display the address to be printed.
Cheque Print Address: Home displays the internal contact's home address to be printed on the cheque. Office displays the internal contact's work address to be printed on the cheque.
Create Companies without an address
You now have the ability to create a company without an address in the Add Locations section.
No Address Required: Switch toggle to on (blue). If no address required is selected, it is mandatory to select the province from the drop-down.
Address Required: Switch toggle to off (Grey). If the address required option is selected, it is required to add the address, city, province and postal code details.
Format Automatically: Set to yes if you prefer the system to automatically format the address details that will be print on payment details. Set to no if you prefer to manually enter the address details.
Note: selecting Format automatically will only pull in the street number and name.
There is a limit of 30 characters per line.
Gatekeepers and Trade Payables will be able to add 'contract' as ATOE for vendors with no address location
Financial Document Uploads
Financial banking information documentation can now be uploaded & downloaded into the companies financial section of the company profile.
Examples of financial information include but not limited to direct deposit forms, remittance forms and any other banking information. Documentation must be uploaded as a pdf.
