The Activities module displays two types of documents:

  • Tasks Activities are a project participant’s To Do items that need to be accomplished within a defined period.

  • Requests Activities require formal approval based on workflow. Based on your role, you may receive a request to approve a document. For example: Company Review

Activity Module Sorting:

Access the Activities Module

Access the Activities module from the side bar once you log on to Gate Three. All of the activities that have been assigned to you, or are awaiting your approval will display.

  1. Click on the My Activities link.


Activities: By Type

All tasks and requests that are assigned or created by you will be listed in this view by type: sorting by Tasks or Requests on the left side panel.

  1. You may use the navigation panel to filter the Activities screen By Type.

  2. Filtering the Activities By Type displays Tasks or Requests along the navigation panel.

  3. Click on a task or request to open the activity document.

Activities: By Assignee

All tasks and requests that are assigned or created by you will be listed in this view by assignee; either created by you or assigned to you.

  1. You may use the navigation panel to filter the Activities screen By Assignee.

  2. Filtering the Activities By Assignee displays Assigned to Me or Created by Me along the navigation panel.

  3. Click on a task or request to open the activity document.
