Settings - Payroll Frequency

Payroll Frequency configuration is only available in the Overall Context  level. Only users with the proper Access Control Level (ACL) may modify this setting.

This sub-section contains a list of the available payroll frequencies. For example: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-monthly.

To add Payroll Frequency:

  1. Navigate to the Time Cards Settings - Payroll Frequency and choose the Overall Context.
  2. Click the Add Payroll Frequency button.
    A new line is displayed in the table with the following fields to be completed:
    • Payroll Frequency – Select the appropriate frequency from the list.
    • Pay Period Start Date - This is an editable text field.
    • Semi-Monthly Second Pay Period Start Day Number: This is a required field for semi-monthly payroll frequency. This is a numeric field. Enter the start day for the second semi-monthly pay period.
    • Pay Periods Per Year: This is a numeric field. This field is used to calculate annual salary or hourly rate.
    • Number of Days Pay Period Delayed: = Pay Period Start + Number of Days Delayed. Delays the Pay by the number or days entered.
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Click Save.

Click Edit to update and make changes to an existing line.

Click Cancel cancel any changes entered.

Click the Trash bin to remove a line.

Click Advance pay period to

Click Save to update and save the Time Card Settings.
