Project List View - Project Profile Navigation

 

The Project Profile module provides the ability to create, modify, manage, archive and closeout a project. It can be accessed by different individuals at both the Overall and Project level throughout the projects life cycle.

The ability to create or edit a Project Profile is based on a user's Access Role Management (ARM).

The Admin, Editor, and Follower permissions are assigned through the Access Role Management (ARM) module. Project Managers of Record can access the ARM module to change and view templates as needed. To view project role permissions by module, click here.

Project List

Navigate to the Project List located under the Corporate section within the navigation menu.

 

  1. Sort the view by either Project List or Map using the drop down menu.

  2. Select the applicable project from either view to open the Project Profile.

The list view displays all EllisDon projects. This view allows you to drill down on a specific EllisDon project.

List View

 

The Project map view displays all the projects EllisDon has worked on. The interactive view allows you to explore the location of all EllisDon projects at a glance or drill down on a specific EllisDon project. You are invited to see what projects might be in a particular neighbourhood, whether on-going or completed. You are able to navigate with our integration with Google Maps, look at street view and open and explore the project profile for any project you find.

The Project Profile has the following tabs:

  • Project Information: This section outlines the basic project information like the location, category and type of construction. The NOCA form will also be shown within this section of the profile in the attachments.

  • Similar Projects: This section contains a table with a list of similar projects. The projects are ranked in order of relevance, starting with the most similar and descending to the least similar.

  • Internal Team: This section contains the Executives and Internal team members on the project. These can be filtered by Name, Company or Role, as well as exported as a CSV. The contact profile can be launched from the “ellipses” on the right hand side of the table for more information about the contact.

  • External Team: This section contains the Executives and External team members on the project. These can be filtered by Name, Company or Role, as well as exported as a CSV. The contact profile can be launched from the “ellipses” on the right hand side of the table for more information about the contact.

  • Contracts & Financials: This section contains the overview of the project contract, linked projects and the accounting information. Linked projects can also be launched from this view.

  • Timeline: The project timeline shows the standard milestones for that project and where the project sits within that timeline. 

  • Photos: This section allows a project team to upload marketing photos for the project. All photos uploaded through the project profile, as well as the projects profile photo will be shown here.

Export Feature

An excel report can be generated for Internal and External teams.

  1. Select the applicable tab.

  2. Click the export icon to generate a report.

Configuration

Settings - A project editor can configure the project phase and project report requirements through the settings view. Click the gear icon to access the settings. For more information on project report settings, click here.

Profile Picture - A project editor can configure the default profile photo for the project. Click the camera icon to add or change a project profile photo.
