Complete the Summary
- Ensure you are logged into a project.
- Navigate to the Change Management module.
- Click on the Change No. of the Change Document that has a Change Status of "Active" and a Summary Status of "Draft".

4. Click on the Quotes link in the top bar.
5. Click on the Edit link on the top bar.

6. Manage the "Show" check boxes to preview the information on the Summary:
When the check boxes are selected they control whether the information is displayed for preview purposes only. The respective information will not be removed from the Summary.
- Taxes: When checked: Shows the Tax information in the Summary and the Summary PDF.
- OH&P: When checked: Shows the Overhead and Profit information in the Summary and the Summary PDF.
- Copy quote attachments: When checked: Includes any attachments from the Quote document in the Summary notification.
- Quotes excluded from Summary: When checked: Shows all quotes, even if they are not included in the Summary.
- Cancelled Quotes: When checked, only shows Cancelled Quotes.
7. Complete any modifications to the Quotes as required:
- Include in Summary: A logged quote is automatically selected by displaying a check mark in this column to indicate the quote is included in the summary.
- Remove from Summary: Click on Edit and click on the check mark under the 'Include in Summary' column to remove the quote from the summary.
Tip: The Status column displays the Quote status (Active, Under Review, Cancelled). Active status does not imply the Quote is included in the Summary. - OH&P %: Modify the percentage of the Overhead and Profit if required. Configurable in the Change Settings.
- Other Costs: Include a total amount as desired. You may Add Other Costs that have already been configured in the Changes Settings.

8. Click on Summary in the top bar.
9. Add any Comments and Attachments: Any attachments added here will send with the Summary notification.
10. Click Save in the top bar.

11. Click on the Submit Summary button to send the document through the workflow (if applicable).
