Settings - Change Summary Workflow

Change Summary Workflow configuration is available in all Context levels. This area can be modified by any user that has the appropriate Access Control Level. (ACL).

This configuration setting includes 1 section:

• Summary of Workflow

Summary of Workflow

This section provides a way to modify or create a Workflow for the Change Summary within the Change Document. This will send any attached quotes and documentation to the desired approver.
This is available at all Context Levels.

1. Navigate to the Change Management Settings - Change Summary Workflow.

2. Depending on the Context level, click Override.

3. Configure your Workflow by following the steps outlined here.
