Cancel a Safety Issue

Quality Action Items can be cancelled while Draft or Under Review status. Once cancelled, modifications are no longer permitted.

Only users with the proper Access Control Level (ACL) may cancel a Safety Issue.

Prerequisite: Create a Safety Issue

Cancel a Safety Issue

1. Ensure you are logged into a project.
2. Navigate to the Quality and Safety Module.
3. Click on the View Menu.
4. Click on All Safety Issues.
   This View provides a list of all the Safety Issues within the project.
5. Search for the Safety Issues you wish to Cancel.
   
6. Click on the Check Box next to the safety issue.
   The selected safety issue is highlighted in green. 
7. Click the Open link to open the quality action item document.
8. Click the Cancel Document icon.

9. Enter any comments pertaining to the cancellation of the document.
10. Click the Confirm button.
A confirmation message is displayed. The safety issue document status is updated to Cancelled. Modifications may no longer be made to the safety issue document.
