Aggregate Reports

The Workforce report logs information such as total workforce, total hours, Management workforce, Management hours, hourly workforce, employee hours, subtrade workforce, and subtrade hours. The Workforce by sub report logs the manpower your subcontractors had on your jobsite over an extended period of time .
These reports are based on the information entered in the Daily site reports.
These reports can assist in completing an IPR.

Aggregate Reports
Ensure you are logged into Gate Three.
Navigate to the Daily Site Reports module within the Field Management section of the menu bar.
Generate a Workforce Log Report
Click on the Aggregate Reports tab.
Select the Workforce by Sub or the Workforce Log in the view and click Generate.
3. A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter a date range. Enter the date range for start date and end date.
4. Click Run Report.
Report Name cannot be changed.
An excel file will be generated and downloaded to your computer.
5. Click on the downloaded excel file to open the log report.
