Settings - Mandatory Fields - Change Quote Document

In this section you may customize the Changes module mandatory fields for a Change Quote document. Mandatory fields configuration is only available in the Overall Context level. Only users with the proper Access Control Level (ACL) may modify this setting.

  1. Navigate to the Contacts Settings - Mandatory Field - Change Quote Document.
    Select the mandatory fields by clicking the applicable check boxes.
  2. Click Save.
    Once selections are saved, mandatory fields will be displayed with an asterisk * and must be filled in when a new Change Quote document is created. Users will not be able to save a Change Quote document without completing the specified mandatory fields.
