Delete a Draft Company

The creator of a draft company can see and delete the draft company with the exception of Gatekeeper role that can delete all draft companies. |

Delete a Draft Company
Navigate to the Companies and Contacts module.
Search for an existing draft Company using the filters.
Hover over the Company within the view to display the ellipses icon and additional actions.
There are two delete options available for draft companies:
Delete Relation: This action will delete the relation such as owner or vendor associated to a company. The company details and location information will remain.
Delete Company Group: This action will delete all company information including all relations, locations and SDI information.
These options are available from the Companies & Contacts landing page and from within the Company Profile.
From the Landing page
Hover over the draft company within the view to display the ellipses icon and additional actions.
Select Delete Relation or Delete Company Group.
From the Company profile
Navigate to the ellipses on the top right of the page within the company profile.
Select Delete Relation or Delete Company Group.
Selecting Delete Relation or Delete Company Group will trigger a pop-up to confirm the delete action.
Select Yes to delete the draft company from Gate Three.
Select Yes to delete the draft relation (vendor or owner) associated to the location or company.
Note: Draft companies will be automatically deleted after three calendar days.
