Archive a Company

Archive a Company

 

A company may be archived when it is no longer valid or being used.

 

There are some requirements to archiving a company.

  1. The company must have a Relation type of Owner or Partner.

  2. The company must have a Status of New or Verified.


Archiving a company is executed by Administrators that has proper Access Role Management Level (ARM).

Archive a Company

  1. Navigate to the Companies and Contacts module.

  2. Search for an existing Company using the search bar. Click on the Company within the view to open the Company Profile.

     

3. Click on the ellipses icon.
4. Select the archive option.

 

5. Select the reasoning why the company or one of the selected company locations is being archived.
6. Add a comment.
7. Click Archive.

 

The company status will now appear in the main view with A for archived.

Archive a Company with multiple locations

  1. Navigate to the Companies and Contacts module.

  2. Search for an existing Company using the search bar. Click on the Company within the view to open the Company Profile with multiple locations.

Navigate to the locations section within the company profile.
3. Click on the ellipses icon next to the select location to archive.
4. Select the archive option.

Repeat the above steps 5 to 7.
